PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve operation machine capable of preventing an internal pressure from being generated in the operation machine even when a gland of a valve body is in a failed condition. SOLUTION: The operation machine 21 is attached to a valve rod 38 projected from a boss part 37 of the valve body. A casing 22 of the operation machine 21 is attached to a flange 40 of a boss part 30 through a basket 42 and a through hole 45 penetrating over the inside from the outside is provided on the casing 22. A pressure relief valve 46 is attached to the through hole 45.
