PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a check valve capable of preventing the adherence of shells by perpetually washing a valve body seat surface with a fluid in a state that a valve element is opened to open a port. SOLUTION: A valve body seat 16 is provided at an internal port 15 of the valve body 11 and the valve element seat 17 abutted to the valve body seat 16 is provided to the valve element 13 disposed in the valve body 11. The valve element 13 is turnably provided, around an axis center of a valve rod 12, from a full closing position closing the internal port 15 by abutting the valve element seat 17 to the valve body seat 16 to a full opening position opening the internal port 15 by isolating the valve element seat 17 from the valve body seat 16. A rubber lining 21 is applied to the valve seat 17 and the valve body seat 16. The valve body 16 is formed on a recessed taper surface 16a in which a diameter is reduced toward the upstream in the axial direction of the internal port 15 and the valve element seat 17 is formed on a projected taper surface 17a corresponding to a taper surface 16a of the valve body seat 16.
