PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening system which is possible to reduce a looseness and fix firmly, and also establish a fixing direction optionally. SOLUTION: In the fastening system 10 making contact a first and a second joint flat parts 13, 14 which are respectively formed on a first and a second clamps 11, 12 clamping different members 21, 21a, and connecting the first and the second joint flat parts 13, 14 with connecting member 15, the joint 15 is equipped with a head with a shaft 31 whose base side is fixed to the first joint part 13 and a head 33 with an extended diameter in which a hook 32 is formed in the outer periphery by practically extending from the shaft 31. The second clamp 12 is mounted rotatably on the shaft 31 and an internal thread 26 is equipped towards the head with extended diameter 33 in the fixing frame 16 of the second clamp 12 in which the second joint surface 14 is formed and an external thread 29 whose end is fitted into the hook 32 of the joint 15 is screwed in the internal thread 26.
