SOLUTION: In this doctor's office A, an entrance 5 is provided on this side of a building, and a waiting room 9 is arranged to communicate with the entrance 5. A reception desk 6 is disposed to face the entrance 5 and the waiting room 9, an opening part 15 used only as an inlet is disposed on one side adjacent to the reception desk 6, and an opening part 16 used only as an outlet is disposed on the other side. A corridor 18 connecting both opening parts 15, 16 is disposed in the rear of the reception desk 16, and rooms (17, 23, 19 to 22) for conducting medical acts are arranged to face the corridor 18.
