PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing device for efficiently providing information according to display capacity of a terminal device. SOLUTION: This information providing device for providing plural display units for the terminal device, is provided with a transmission part 114 for transmitting one display unit of the plural display units, a receiving part 102 for receiving a parameter for renewing at least a part among the plural display units from the terminal device 20, and a display unit determining part 110 for determining the second display unit to be transmitted to the terminal device 20 on the basis of the size of a display part 22 of the terminal device 20 when receiving a request for the second display unit other than one display unit of the plural display units from the terminal device 20. The transmission part 114 transmits the second display unit renewed by using the parameter already received by the receiving part 102, and determined by the display unit determining part 110 to the terminal device 20.
