PURPOSE: A bit stream producing device for data partitioning is provided to use a memory to be used in rearrangement besides a memory for storing a final bit stream, so as to process data partitioning in real time. CONSTITUTION: A bit stream producing device(100) receives compression information extracted from input multimedia information from external processors(10/10-n), and stores a data-partitioned final bit stream in an external output bit stream storing space(50). In the bit stream producing device, a plurality of internal bit stream storing spaces(30/30-m) support a data partitioning function. A re-arranger(20) stores classified n inputs, to store a first partition in the external output bit stream storing space, and stores remnant (n-1) inputs in the internal bit stream storing spaces. A bit stream output unit(40) outputs information in the internal bit stream storing spaces classified by the driving of the re-arranger to the external output bit stream storing space in accordance of an order of the final bit stream.
