PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granular object heat treatment furnace capable of continuously graphitizing at reduced running and production cost. SOLUTION: The granular object heat treatment furnace is constituted so that a plurality of electrodes for heating a cylindrical furnace main body center part are attached to a part opposed to the cylindrical furnace main body side wall provided with a granular object charge port, a conical partition plate having a head part truncated to cover the upper part of a heating zone heated by the electrodes is mounted and a granular object scraping apparatus is arranged in the lower part of the partition plate, a graphitized material discharge pipe is arranged from the center part of the cylindrical furnace main body to the lower part and a granular object cutting apparatus is arranged in the lower part of the graphitized material discharge pipe.
