PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component, equipped with two fans whose heat radiating amount is large and electronic equipment capable of always obtaining optimal cooling environment in response to the heating state of other electronic components. SOLUTION: This electronic equipment is provided with two air blower fans 2 and 3 with intake ports 11 and 12 and exhaust port 13 opened, which are arranged in a case body 1 in which an electronic component 4 releasing large heat is housed inside, a wall member 10 provided with a vent hole 7 surrounding those fans with the case body for guiding the air, and a shutter 14 for opening and closing the vent hole of the wall member and the intake ports and exhaust port of the case body. Then, either an air channel divided into two, by operating the two fans in parallel or an air channel integrated into one by serially operating the two air fans is formed, according to the opening or closing of the vent hole and the intake port and the exhaust ports due to the displacement of the shutter.
