PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus, which completes the heating process of plural heated objects simultaneously, without moving the object heated. SOLUTION: A high-frequency heating apparatus comprises a power supply means 19 provided on the corner side 13 of a heating chamber 10, holes 21, 22 constituting a distribution deflecting means for deflecting high-frequency distribution in the heating chamber, a means 23 and 24 for varying the impedance of the hole 21 and 22, respectively, and a high-frequency agitating means 30 arranged near a stationary dish 29. The distribution deflecting means 21, 22 change the strength the high-frequency distribution in the entire heating chamber, and the high-frequency agitating means 30 further agitates the high-frequency distribution near the object heated, so that the temperature increase distribution of the heated object can be uniformized with respect to heating a variety of heated objects, without moving the heated object.
