PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel for construction, in which watertightness, excellent appearance and reliability on the sealing of mutually adjacent joint sections are improved and sealing workability is enhanced and the cost of which is reduced. SOLUTION: Approximately V-shaped notched grooves are formed extending over the overall width of the panel from the rear side at positions reaching to the slight insides from the thickness size of the panel from an end face at a right angle to the longitudinal direction of the panel for construction formed by integrally molding a synthetic resin foam between sections, in which a surface material and a rear material are formed in a gutter shape, the end face is bent to the rear side, and fixed onto an L-shaped or Z-shaped engaging material.
