PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase joining-section strength by using a joint metal for a joint or a connection for a framework member such as a column and a beam, a girder or the like, to impart a pull-out preventive function to the joint metal and to form a structure not exposed. SOLUTION: The joint metal 1 is fixed onto a loser floor column 2 by four drift pins 4. The girder 4 is fixed onto a joint metal blade by the two drift pins, and the beam 5 is installed similarly by the three drift pins 3. The bema and the girder are worked so that approximately the halves of sectional areas are placed on a column upper section. An upper-floor column is fixed onto the joint metal by the four drift pins. In the joint metal, the lowering of the beam and the girder is prevented by a framing method, by which the beams and the girder are placed on the upper section of the lower-floor column, and the joint metal has a hold-down function binding the upper-lower floor columns.
