PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a block provided as one of various measures to close a space, which is surrounded by a slope frame constructed into a lattice shape, is apt to retain rainwater or the like, and is hard to clean. SOLUTION: This reinforcing bar-embedded concrete block to cover an exposed slope individually surrounded in the slope frame arranged into a lattice shape is flat on the whole back face, the upper portion of its surface is formed with a plane nearly parallel with the back face across a horizontal ridge line provided at the lower section, and the lower portion is formed with a slope separated from the back face toward the lower end from the horizontal ridge line.
