PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decide the diameter of a pile regardless of arrangement of a column base section. SOLUTION: A PHC(prestressed high-strength concrete) pile is used as the pile 1, a pile head section connecting plate 5 is installed on the pile, and a hardening agent 3 is filled to the lower half section of the hollow section of the pile 1. An angular steel column is used as a column 2, and a base plate 7 is installed protrusively to four directions of the column 2 at the lower end section of the column 2. The pile head section connecting plate 5 and the base plate 7 are fastened together with bolts 8 while the column 2 is adjusted to face the pile 1 and coaxially maintain horizontality. After grout 21 is injected and filled in the gap between the pile head section connecting plate 5 and the base plate 7, reinforcing bars 12 are arranged around the connecting portion of the pile 1 and the column 2, a void pipe 4 is erected to cover the connecting portion of the pile 1 and the column 2, then concrete 15 is placed in the void section of the void pipe 4, and the junction of the pile 1 and the column 2 is buried.
