PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer wall panel for bubble-mixed lightweight fill and a banking method capable of efficiently executing the outer wall panel while securing its stability without using a support. SOLUTION: The outer wall panel 10 formed with flanges 21 and 22 on the upper and lower sides of the back face of a panel body 20 is used. The outer wall panels 10 are stacked into many stages, the upper and lower outer wall panels 10 are connected together by connecting means 30 concurrently serving as supports, and a bubble-mixed lightweight fill material 60 is hierarchically placed on the back face side of the outer wall panels 10.
