PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyorganosiloxane composition for a heat-conductive silicone rubber sheet capable of keeping the fluidity of the compound even by adding a large amount of a heat-conductive filler and having excellent dispersibility. SOLUTION: A polyorganosiloxane having vinyl group and containing 400-2,000 ppm of hydroxy groups bonded to silicon atom is used as a main component of the polyorganosiloxane composition curable by addition reaction.
