摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet printing device which can perform a high grade printing having less printing turbulence due to a speed variation in a sheet carrying speed even when the printing is performed by changing the sheet carrying speed. SOLUTION: This inkjet printing device has a plurality of nozzles which are diagonally arranged to the sheet carrying direction, and a plurality of piezoelectric elements which make respective nozzles discharge ink droplets. A delay time is provided in a period from the generation of a rotary encoder signal from a sheet carrying device to the generation of a nozzle driving signal. The inkjet printing device performs printing by discharging ink droplets to the sheet from respective nozzles by making a piezoelectric element driving circuit generate a signal for selectively driving the piezoelectric elements. The inkjet printing device is equipped with a minimum value detecting means which measures an interval for the rotary encoder signal for a specified period of time and detects the minimum value, and a delay time changing means which automatically changes the delay time from the minimum value.
