PURPOSE: An installation structure of intake grill of ceiling cassette type air conditioner is provided to easily open and close the intake grill with a single push. CONSTITUTION: A structure comprises a fixing part formed between an intake grill(70) and an inlet formed on a lower panel(50) for installation of the intake grill on the inlet; and a coupling part(56) supporting the intake grill together with the fixing part hingedly connected on one side of the inlet and comprising a fixing protrusion(56a) formed to restrict one end of the intake grill, a spring(56b) installed to give elastic force on the coupling part in one direction and a pushing part(56c) formed on a lower side of the fixing protrusion to rotate the fixing protrusion to be opened and closed by one touch method.
