PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process cartridge reproduction method that eliminates the need for re-formation of a toner seal. SOLUTION: A magnetic seal S12 is affixed along the inner face 15y of the process cartridge. Thus, toner entering areas that are below the both ends of a developing roller is constrained by a magnetic force, and the toner is prevented from leaking from the ends of a blow prevention sheet and from below seals on the ends of the developing roller. Blade elastic members S11 are also affixed to the both ends of the rear face of a developing blade. Thus, the sealability of an auxiliary seal S7 on the ends of the developing roller is reinforced. |
