PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion method and a combustion control device for a grate combustion furnace that a toxic substance is an object to be directly controlled and through control by detecting a controlled variable at a real time, and combustion is effected in a proper oxygen amount and at a proper furnace temperature, and to save an enriching oxygen amount and provide an increased life of a refractory as suppression of the generation of dioxin and suppression of toxic substance, such as NOx and the like are simultaneously effected. SOLUTION: In the oxygen enriched combustion furnace control method in the grate combustion furnace where together with fuel on a fire grate, oxygen in combustion air is enriched for a feed and the fuel is burnt, at least one controlled variable selected from dioxin concentration in exhaust gas and dioxin precursor concentration is detected in an in-process at a real time. By a correction value outputted based on the controlled variable signal by a control means, at least one manipulated variable selected from a combustion air oxygen concentration, an exhaust gas recirculation flow rate, and a combustion air flow rate is operated or further, a furnace temperature is added as a controlled variable. |
