PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which allows very simple and accurate release control of a drug from a medicine capsule put inside the body of a subject. SOLUTION: The medicine capsule 102 has a surface which is mounted with a non-contact IC chip 203 for generating a voltage according to a release directing signal from the outside and a piezoelectric actuator 206 driven by the voltage. The capsule is, for example, swallowed to be put inside the body of a subject, and after a predetermined time the release directing signal is transmitted wirelessly to the non-contact IC chip 203 by a transmitter from the outside to drive the piezoelectric actuator 206 to separate or open the medicine capsule 101, thereby controlling the release of a drug in the capsule.
