PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent disconnection of lead wire which is connected to a fluorescent lamp. SOLUTION: A fluorescent lamp 12 has a grounding wire 39A connected on its one end and a wire 39B connected on the other end. The grounding wire 39A is wired along the fluorescent lamp 12 to the other end and the grounding wire 39A is further drawn out of a frame 2 together with the wire 39B. The grounding wire 39A and the wire 39B drawn out of the frame 2 are bound by a binding band 59, thus the wire 39B between the binding band 59 and the frame 2 becomes longer than the grounding wire 39A so that it can be loosened.
