PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planographic printing plate with few faults in coating. SOLUTION: The planographic printing plate has at least one silver halide emulsion layer on a surface-roughened and anodically oxidized aluminum base and has a physical developing nucleus layer containing a polymer latex between the aluminum base and the silver halide emulsion layer.
