PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power receiving facility capable of conducting power receiving in any supplied power mode for supplying power to a common bus in a desired mode, and arbitrarily controlling the rate of power receiving from respective systems by preventing the generation of power tidal currents among power systems. SOLUTION: Off-premise utility power supplied from (n) units of respective power systems ei to this power receiving facility is supplied to inverters INVi respectively; converted into desired power modes of voltage, frequencies, number of phases, and phases, by a receiving amount command DSi outputted from a controller CU; and supplied to respective on-premise loads LDi with power from private power-generating facilities (not illustrated) via the common bus. |
