<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make giving and receiving of power to and from a system free without voltage and frequency variations, to make it unnecessary to use a voltage regulator, a frequency adjuster, a power storage apparatus, and an energy converter, etc., on top of that, to obtain one having an outstanding resource saving effect; and to provide a system which is constructable of a plurality of small-sized machines, has outstanding mass-producibility, enables sharp cost reduction, and improves its installation, transportation, noise during operation, an operation stop when a strong wind blows, etc., installation of a protective device, etc., sharply. SOLUTION: A power generating function is provided by making efficient use of a motor for motive power, an internal combustion engine, etc., which are added to a motor, and an energy storage apparatus for durable stable power storage, etc., and is used for storing superfluous power, or as an auxiliary power source when generated energy of a system is lacking, etc., is provided. Besides, a power generation system is realized in an area where a power system is not available, or in a place where the installation of a power system is difficult, etc., by a simple and appropriate construction suitable for the place individually.</p> |
