PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly damp shaking of a floodlight projector supporter in a floodlight type horizontal, vertical collimator used in a construction spot or the like. SOLUTION: A magnet 7 is fixed to the lower end of the supporter 1 freely supported with two shafts, a concave spherical surface 8 made from a magnetic plate is installed so as to face the magnet, and shaking of the supporter is damped by effects of magnetic attraction force, magnetic hysteresis, eddy current, or the like acting to between the magnet and the concave spherical surface.
