PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water supply/hot water supply system which ensures effective utilization of remaining hot water in piping up to an end although in a prior art water supply/hot water supply system remaining hot water in the piping fails to be effectively utilized up to an end at the end of hot water supply or hot water incorporation into a bath tank. SOLUTION: In a water supply/hot water supply system that comprises a hot water heater, a terminal water cock located downstream the hot water heater, a piping for connecting the former members, there is displayed the state where the remaining hot water in the piping is discharged, and there is provided a terminal water cock that is automatically closed when the remaining hot water in the piping is discharged.
