PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recognition method allowing the rapid recognition of the shape of an object using the mapped feature of the luminosity distribution of original image data to the orthogonal base, and to provide an image recognition system using the method, a command interface applying the system, and a recording medium storing a program for realizing them. SOLUTION: This image recognition method of recognizing the object included in the original image data by comparing two-dimensional FFT image data obtained by mapping the original image data to the orthogonal base, with a registration pattern comprising the two-dimensional FFT image data, has a mapping process, a mosaic process and a similarity degree detecting process. |
