SOLUTION: The moving picture distribution service method is characterized in that the method includes a step (S29) where moving picture contents are distributed to a portable phone connectable to the Internet, a step (S27) where advertisement of a client enterprise is distributed before the distribution of the moving picture contents, and a step (S31) where a view emblem is distributed at least after the distribution of the advertisement.
