摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and efficiently perform call center services by allowing a registered customer to gain access to a Web call center by the utilization of a Web technique which is an existing network infrastructure for automatic transmission of the structural information and trouble information of a registered computer to a call center system. SOLUTION: In this operating method for the Web call center, the registered customer first gains access to a Web server function by Internet connection via a Web browser function installed in a client PC(personal computer) and inputs the profile information of the registered customer via the Web browser function, then the structural information and trouble information of the registered computer are automatically stored in a registered customer information database by a registered computer monitor function via the Web browser function. The registered customer information database is referred to be the call center staff.
