PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably normalize amplitude/phase to temperature in test equipment having a broadband receiver including an input port 22, intermediate frequency stages 26, 27, 29, 28 and a DSP 34 which are connected in series. SOLUTION: A normalization source 40 has a noise source 42 and a pseudo random sequence generator 44. A relay 24 connects a calibration system 10 to the intermediate frequency stages on the 1st position and connects the normalization source 40 to the intermediate stages on the 2nd position. The DSP(digital signal processor) 34 finds out the relation of gain to frequency on the 1st position of the relay 24 and generates compensation data in accordance with the source 40 on the 2nd position of the relay 24. Normalization is performed on the basis of the relation and the compensation data. |
