PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor-driven refrigeration cycle device with an inverter- unified motor-driven compressor which can further reduce operational man-hours and material consumption. SOLUTION: A feeder terminal 41 connected to an armature winding of a motor unit 2 and protruding out of a motor housing 4 is further made to protrude into a circuit component containing chamber 53 in an inverter unit 5 fixed to the outer surface of the motor housing 4, so that the outer protruding part of the feeder terminal is covered with the inverter unit 5. With such a constitution, piping for protecting feeder cables can be eliminated so that a material cost and operational man-hours can be reduced, wiring resistance can be further reduced, and safety can be further improved. |
