PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door frame clearance adjuster capable of increasing a mounting strength for installing a door frame onto the mounting surface of a mounting body such as a wall body and convenient for further increasing the reliability of mounting. SOLUTION: This door frame clearance adjuster 1 comprises a mounting device 2, a female screw tubular member 6, and a male screw adjusting shaft-like member 8. The mounting device 2 comprises a contact surface 20 brought into contact with one of an installation body 200 and a door frame 200, and is fixed to one of the installation body and the door frame with a fixing screw member 9. The female screw tubular member 6 is fixed to the other of the installation body 100 and the door frame 100, and comprises a tubular part 61 having a through-hole 60 extendedly provided along the longitudinal direction thereof and a female screw part 62 extendedly provided on the inner peripheral part of the through-hole 60 along the longitudinal direction thereof. The male screw adjusting shaft-like member 8 is held to be idled on the mounting device 2, comprises a male screw part 81 threaded with the female screw part 62 of the female screw tubular member 6, and reduces a clearance interval (d) by the rotation of the screw in one direction and increases the clearance interval (d) by the rotation of the screw in the other direction.
