PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for designing a day care system for visitors allowing a person needed to be cared having a toilet accident to easily move to a bathroom without being noticed by the others to be cared. SOLUTION: This method is proposed for designing a day care system, the interior of which is provided with an entrance area 8 serving as an introducing part to the interior, a day service area 10 which is the main staying area of visitors, a relaxing area 11 where the visitors relax, a cupboard area 13 for preparing food and drink presented to the visitors, a bathroom 12d, toilets 12a, 12b and a helper area 14 allowing a helper to stand by. In the system, the bathroom 12d and the toilets 12a, 12b are arranged adjacent to each other, and a communicating part 12e for directly communicating the bathroom 12d with the toilets 12a, 12b is disposed.
