PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of erroneous operation and the lowering of responsiveness due to interference in the case of using the many electronic keys. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic induction signal for starting the electronic key 2 is sent from a vehicle side device 3, and in response to this electromagnetic induction signal, this keyless entry device for a vehicle receives the discriminating signal sent from the electronic key to perform lock and unlock. The vehicle side device is provided with an order deciding means for deciding priority order of the plural number of electronic keys to be used to perform the predetermined operation in response to the discriminating signal form the electronic key decided as the electronic key having the first priority. With this structure, it is possible to ignore the electronic key having a low order of priority, and a problem such as interference and lowering of responsiveness can be prevented. |
