PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact combination machine that can accurately inspect a substrate without deteriorating the throughput in a system for mounting parts onto a printed circuit board, and has excellent functions. SOLUTION: At the upper position of a substrate-drive stage, a head support member 15 is fixed along a substrate transfer direction X for arrangement. A dispenser head 16 and an inspection head 17 are movably mounted to the head support member 15 in parallel with a substrate transfer direction X, and can be mutually and independently driven in a movement direction X by a driving unit 18. Either coating or inspection is selectively carried out to the printed circuit board conveyed to the substrate-driving stage.
