JOINTING METHOD OF HEAT EXCHANGER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent working media from leakage from the jointed part by precisely jointing a jointing member of an heat exchanger with an exhaust passage member, and enabling smooth circulation of the working media. SOLUTION: A heat exchanger pipe 35 stored in an exhaust port of an internal combustion engine and a helical distribution passage 43 are communicated via passage 18f, formed at a flange 18c of an exhaust port 18 and a passage 41b formed at a distribution passage forming member 41. The exhaust port 18 and the distribution passage forming member 41 are positioned in the circumferential direction via a pin 36 and jointed by brazing in the radially positioned state via a stage 18d of the flange 18c. This enables the passage 18f of the exhaust pipe 18 and the passage 41 of the distribution passage forming member 41 to cause precise and sure communication.
