PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite device correcting impedance mismatching that cannot be corrected by an active filter so as to realize high-speed facsimile communication. SOLUTION: The composite device having an analog G3 facsimile function is provided with an impedance measurement device 25 that measures the impedance at a switch side and with a termination changeover 23 that matches the impedance of a communication transformer with the measured impedance.
