PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distributing device allowing plural users to easily receive information in a short time. SOLUTION: This information distributing device has a control device 30, a storage device 40, information distributing terminals A10 and B20, and terminals 101 to 104, and 201 to 204. The information distributing terminals A10 and B20 simultaneously report and transmit a distribution menu including menu information for indicating distributable distribution information in a service area. When the users select desired menu information from the menu information, the selected menu information and identification information are transmitted to the information distributing terminals from the terminals. The information distributing terminals transmit the distribution information corresponding to the menu information received from the terminals to terminals corresponding to the identification information. When selecting the distribution information usable only for a member, and when selecting charged distribution information, a checkup of the identification information and charging processing are executed by a control device 30. |
