PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To send air let out from an outlet into a wide surrounding sphere. SOLUTION: In the circular outlet 5 made in the upper surface of a main body composed of a rear panel 2 and a front panel 3, a cover body 20 rotated by a motor 19 for driving is so provided as to be on the same plane as the outlet 5. The fore end part of an outlet nozzle 7 is made to face an opening 6 made in one side of the cover body 20.
