PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that FIFOs and FIFO-watching circuits which are the same in number as the kinds of data need to be provided and the scale of a circuit must be large and a cost increases as the kinds of the data increase. SOLUTION: The FIFO 5 accumulates plural kinds of queue data in order, the FIFO 6 stores the kind of the queue data and information of succession corresponding to each of the queue data stored in the FIFO 5, a monitoring control circuit 8 successively reads out the queue data of the same kind from the FIFO 5 based on the information stored in the FIFO 6, and a backend processor part 7 collectively outputs the queue data and write them in a storage which is not shown in Figure.
