PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-sided electric circuit board that can prevent a solder bridge from occurring, and at the same time can increase density of electrical components, and to provide a method for mounting on the double- sided electric circuit board. SOLUTION: At a flow soldering side 1B of a through hole 4 formed on the board 1, an adhesive 7 for fixing the electrical component 3 is applied, thus blocking the through hole 4, and at the same time fixing the electrical component 3 with the adhesive 7.
