PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk drive device which is robust, compact, light in weight, rapid and accurate track seeking features on power saving which is suited for laptop computers. SOLUTION: The disk drive comprises hard disk, actuator, transducer, electric device, circuit device and spin motor, wherein the actuator comprises arms and motor, the motor is combined to the arms to shift the arms in relation to the disk as well as emitting generating counter electromotive force signals. The electric device comprises the 1st measure to communicate with the motor to accept the counter electromotive force signal and the serbo compensation signal. Almost at the same time, the 1st measure detects and emits the counter electromotive force generating signal to position the transducer on the disk, the electric device emits serbo compensation signal of less than 0.1 ampere to the motor.
