PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely transmit an alarm signal using wireless communication to another vehicle. SOLUTION: A vehicle driver inputs an alarm signal form an operation part 10. A control part 12 adds a vehicle present position detected by a navigation part 14 to the alarm signal and transmits an alarm signal with a present position to another vehicle from a transmitting/receiving part 16. A signal from another vehicle is received in the transmitting/receiving part 16 to be fed to the control part 12. The control part 12 calculates an inter-vehicle distance from the present position data of another vehicle included in the received signal and the own vehicle present position data. The control part 12 outputs the alarm signal from a speaker 20 only when the calculated inter-vehicle distance is within a predetermined distance.
