The invention concerns olefin-based copolymers with grafting-mediated affinity, characterised in that they consist of: i) at least a polyolefin functionalised with reactive functions of the appropriate type and in controlled number; ii) at least a monofunctional oligomer, having predetermined chain length, low polydispersity index and absolutely controlled structure, which is grafted on the functionalised polyolefin via reactive functions. Said polymers with grafting-mediated affinity are designed to be placed in intimate contact with materials of non-olefin or olefin composition with which initially the copolymers were not compatible.
