PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain frozen dessert given with swallowable properties prepared so as to enable a person handicapped with mastication/swallowing and a person with lowered swallowing function (person with mastication/swallowing difficulty) like an elderly person to safely and easily ingest, and capable of holding to the minimum decrease of body temperature when eating. SOLUTION: The frozen dessert is obtained by including unrefined sugar as glucide components and medium chain fatty acid and/or triglyceride containing medium chain fatty acid as oil and fat components, and a vegetable food containing vitamin E and/or vitamin C, in details, at least one food selected from the group consisting of pumpkin, carrot, lotus root, cocoa bean, sesame, apple, banana, mango, blueberry, strawberry, citrus fruits, beans and potatoes.
