Pre-fabricated parts (20) are stacked on top of each other on top of a foundation (16) formed on the bed (12), until a watertight tower (18) extending above the water surface (14) is formed, then water is pumped out of the tower cavity (23), and then an installation (44) is built on top of the tower and/or units are built into the tower itself. The pre-fabricated parts are designed to be able to withstand the water pressure around them and currents acting upon them. An Independent claim is also included for a second construction method where the pre-fabricated parts have a hollow region (22) surrounded by the walls of the part, and where these parts do not float, and where the walls in between the adjoining parts are later broken to form a continuous tower cavity. |
