PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to allow condenser lead frames to be accommodated into the set box in a rapid and precise way without causing defects. CONSTITUTION: A loading container(10) for moving an empty set box(1) in a vertical direction, is supported and fixed by a support body(20), and a movable member(30) is arranged to be movable by a horizontal cylinder(31) and a vertical cylinder(32) which are installed at a side of the support body. The set box stacked in the loading container gets caught at a stopper protrusion(41) by the movement of the movable member, and is moved to a work position by a stopper member(40). When the set box shifted onto a conveyor belt by the stopper member moves by a pitch unit, a feed unit(60) feeds, by a motor(62), a teeth section(61) engaged with a lead frame(2), to the set box. A transfer unit pushes the set box into the support body by using a pusher(71) which moves forward and rearward directions by a cylinder and rotates by a spring and a shaft. Sensors(S0,S3) are arranged at a side surface of the support body so as to sense the transferred position of the set box. |
