The graduated disc (1) in milligrams, shows the given intake of milk (10-240 ml). The movable disc (2, 3, 4, 5, 6) graduated and noted with reading window that shows schedule hour and minutes for last suckled/feeding-bottle, number of suckled/feeding-bottle and duration of suck. The another disc (7) noted with reading window to read the information. The discs are maintained using a fixed central (8) axis they are actuated of a rotary movement.
