PURPOSE: An auxiliary brake system for controlling brake heat of vehicle is provided to automatically operate the auxiliary brake through brake heat generated in a wheel and to prevent wear of a brake lining. CONSTITUTION: An auxiliary brake for controlling brake heat in a vehicle comprises a sensor(10) detecting brake heat generated in stopping the vehicle by being mounted on front and rear wheels; a converter(20) changing temperature value of the sensor into a voltage value; a control unit(30) generating a control signal by processing the voltage value of the converter through logic; a brake unit(50) automatically operated by a signal of the control unit; and a warning unit(40) alarming the brake heat by being connected to the control unit. The sensor supplies a temperature signal into the converter by detecting the brake heat. An electric signal is transmitted into the control unit by being changed into the voltage value corresponding to temperature of the sensor. Thereby, the auxiliary brake for controlling the brake heat in the vehicle automatically operates the auxiliary brake by the brake heat generated in the wheels.
