<p>A planar irradiation coil comprising a first ring-shaped conductor, a second ring-shaped conductor smaller in diameter than the first ring shaped conductor, and first linear conductors for connecting the first and second ring-shaped conductors is provided with a means for uniforming an irradiation pulse. Dispersion of the operating voltage or shunting of the irradiation current is necessary to uniform the irradiation pulse. For this purpose, resonant capacitive elements among first linear conductors on the first ring-shaped conductor. Alternatively the second linear conductor orthogonal to the first linear conductor is connected, and third linear conductors for connecting the second linear conductors and the second ring-shaped conductor are provided.</p> |
